Policy Rescue · by Zentinel Shield
Policy Rescue reads your existing policies against the current NDIS Practice Standards — finds every gap, corrects them all — and delivers your corrected policy documents the same day. Before your auditor finds what you haven't fixed.
Policy Rescue is a product of Zentinel Shield · Compliance preparation tool — not an official NDIS audit · Policy and procedure documents only
⚠ The transition period ends July 1 2026. After this date, auditors will assess providers against all 8 new obligations with no allowance for transition. Learn about the 8 obligations →
🏠 SIL providers — mandatory registration takes effect July 1. You need compliant policy documents to register. Policy Builder delivers same day →
The Problem
The 2026 Act came into force 9 April 2026. Any policy suite written before April 9 2026 is missing the new obligations — whether written at registration, at your last audit, or when you first started operating. Including ones purchased from compliance consultants. I built Policy Rescue because this gap is real, it is widespread, and it is fixable — before an auditor finds it for you.
The NDIS Amendment (Integrity and Safeguarding) Act 2026 introduced 8 brand new compliance obligations. Most existing policy suites don't address a single one of them.
Any policy suite written before the 2026 Amendment Act came into force — even by professional compliance consultants — is missing the 8 new obligations it introduced. The refresh shouldn't cost the same as starting from scratch.
Providers who walk into an audit with obvious, fixable policy gaps face corrective action plans and registration conditions. Finding gaps in your policies before the auditor does is always less costly than finding out after.
Who This Is For
Whether you registered in 2020 and are facing your second audit this year, registered in 2023 and facing your first, or are a SIL provider now required to register from July 1 — your policies were written before the 2026 Amendment Act introduced 8 new compliance obligations. You need your existing documents brought current, fast.
Whether written at registration, at your last audit, or when you first started operating — any policy suite written before April 2026 is missing the 8 new obligations introduced by the Amendment Act.
Mid-registration review, certification renewal, or the July 1 deadline is in your calendar and your policies haven't been reviewed since registration.
You already paid for compliance work once. A policy refresh shouldn't cost the same as starting from scratch — and with Policy Rescue, it doesn't.
Consultant engagements take weeks of scheduling and drafting. Policy Rescue delivers corrected policy documents the same day you upload.
A Question We Get Asked
Free AI tools can write NDIS policies — and many providers are already using them. The challenge is that no general AI tool can verify its own output against the current legislative framework. The 2026 Act introduced 8 new obligations that most AI training data does not yet reflect. Policy Rescue checks whether what you have, however it was written, actually covers every current obligation before your auditor does.
The question is not whether AI can write policies. It is whether you know your existing policies cover every current obligation before your auditor finds out they don't. That is what Policy Rescue answers.
How It Works
No onboarding. No meetings. No waiting. I designed it this way deliberately — because your time is already stretched. Upload your documents and receive your corrected policies.
Submit your existing policy documents securely through our platform.
Policy Rescue analyses every section of your policy documents against the current NDIS legislative framework including all 8 new 2026 Act obligations.
Your corrected policy documents and gap analysis report are delivered same day. Review the corrections, confirm they reflect your operations, and use them to prepare for your audit.
Your Deliverables
Policy Rescue works on your policy and procedure documents. A complete audit will also require forms, registers, staff records, and evidence of practice — but your policy documents are where auditors start, and gaps there are the most common and most avoidable failure point. We recommend reviewing all corrected documents carefully to confirm they accurately reflect your organisation's actual operations before submitting to your auditor.
Why Policy Rescue Exists
Running a disability support business means managing your workforce, finding clients, handling incidents, staying across legislative changes — and somewhere in the middle of all of that, making sure your policy documents are compliant enough to get through your next audit.
Most providers did not start their business to become compliance experts. They started it to support people.
Policy Rescue exists because the compliance burden that breaks providers is not just the cost — it is the cost combined with weeks of waiting, unavailable consultants, and back-and-forth when your audit deadline is already close. I built this product to remove all of it simultaneously — same day, at a price that makes sense for a small provider — so they can stay registered, stay operational, and ultimately provide the support to those who needed it the most.

Pilot Programme
Policy Rescue is accepting a strictly limited number of pilot providers for Foundation Audit. This is a genuine pilot — we are working closely with each provider to validate and refine the product before full commercial launch.
What the Pilot Involves
We want to be upfront about what this involves — for both of us. Here is what we are asking and what we are giving in return. We think it is a fair exchange. You decide.
What you provide
What you receive
Your documents are processed securely, never sold or shared with third parties, and never used to train any AI model. The feedback call is a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch. You are under no obligation to purchase anything after the pilot. We are asking for your time and honest feedback. That is it.
Full gap analysis of all your policy documents against the current NDIS Practice Standards and 2026 Act obligations. PDF gap report delivered same day. No cost for pilot participants.

Policy Rescue works on your policy and procedure documents only. A complete audit requires significantly more — forms, registers, staff records, and evidence of practice. Always review your corrected documents carefully before use and consult your auditor on full audit preparation requirements.
Your documents are processed securely and are never sold or shared with third parties. Your content is not used to train any AI model. BH28 Digital Pty Ltd trading as Zentinel Shield is an incorporated Australian entity. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
No. Policy Rescue is an automated compliance preparation tool focused on policy and procedure documents. It is not affiliated with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and does not constitute an official audit finding or legal advice.
The NDIS Amendment (Integrity and Safeguarding) Act 2026 introduced obligations covering banning orders, electronic claims submission, claims evidence requirements, 90-day cooling-off periods, marketing integrity, whistleblower protection, integrity and honesty standards, and sexual misconduct prevention. Every provider must address these in their policy documents from July 1 2026. We recommend verifying current obligations against the NDIS Commission website and the Federal Register of Legislation as guidance may be updated.
I want to be honest with you about this. Policy Rescue works on your policy and procedure documents — and that is a critical layer of audit preparation because policy gaps are where auditors start and where the most avoidable failures happen. But a full NDIS audit covers significantly more — forms, registers, staff records, worker screening, evidence of practice, and organisational governance. Policy Rescue addresses the policy layer. You remain responsible for the rest. I would rather tell you that clearly upfront than have you discover it at the wrong moment.
Yes — if those policies were written before 2024. The standards have moved significantly since the 2026 Amendment Act came into force on 9 April 2026 — introducing 8 entirely new obligations. Any provider whose policies were written before that date has never had them assessed against these new obligations. Policy Rescue brings your existing documents current without requiring a full re-engagement.
Any general AI tool — regardless of which one — will produce something that looks credible when asked about NDIS compliance. But there is a fundamental difference between what a general AI tool does and what Policy Rescue does.
A general AI tool responds based on what it recalls from training data. It has no structured legislative framework underneath it, its findings vary depending on how you phrase the question, and it cannot guarantee it has covered every current obligation. Ask the same question twice and you may get different answers. The output is a list of observations in a chat window — not a corrected document, not a gap report, not something you can hand to an auditor.
Policy Rescue uses a structured compliance framework built specifically against the current NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. Every obligation is checked against every uploaded document, systematically and exhaustively, every time. The same document produces the same findings on every run. And the output is not a chat response — it is a corrected policy document with every gap fixed, a PDF gap report with severity classifications and legislative references, and a clean version formatted for auditor review. That is the difference.
Policy Rescue is updated as the NDIS legislative framework changes. Pilot participants will be notified of significant obligation updates relevant to their registration groups. Terms apply.
Yes. Policy Rescue supports all 36 NDIS registration groups. The analysis is tailored to the specific registration groups your organisation holds — including Core, Support Coordination, Behaviour Support, and High Intensity modules.
Policy Rescue is a purpose-built analysis system, not a manual process. While a consultant reviews documents sequentially based on experience and available time, Policy Rescue runs a systematic check against every applicable obligation simultaneously. There are no scheduling delays, no competing client priorities, no waiting for a draft to come back. The analysis runs, the gaps are identified, the report is generated. That is why the same work that takes a consultant days takes Policy Rescue hours — and why same day delivery is not a marketing claim but simply how the system works.
Yes. Your documents are processed securely and never shared with third parties. Your policy content remains entirely yours. BH28 Digital Pty Ltd trading as Zentinel Shield is an incorporated Australian entity.
